Chem Gro of Houghton, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Seed Sales Representative to support our seed business in Southeast Iowa. This role combines sales, customer support, technical service, and operational responsibilities, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys working directly with growers while also supporting day-to-day seed operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Provide year-round support and service to seed customers
• Maintain accurate computer records for sales, deliveries, and inventory tracking
• Manage seed treatment operations
• Calibrate yield monitors and perform weigh checks as needed
• Provide technical support for Climate FieldView customers
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications Preferred:

• Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s License (or willingness to obtain)
• Agricultural background or experience in seed sales, agronomy, or production agriculture preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable and experienced in agricultural technology platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments
